How to Check a Lab Report?
Step 1: Where can I find my certificate number?
On the lab report card or our product description, look for the "Doc. No." or "Certificate Number". Copy this number before proceeding to the next step.
Step 2: Where do I enter my certificate number?
Visit the official GJSPC Laboratory website
Step 3: How do I see the report?
Enter your certificate number in the Report Check section and click the arrow. The system will display the full report.
Step 4: Can I download the report?
Yes. You can view or download the full product report once it appears on the screen.
Gemstone FAQs
Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?
All stones are sourced naturally from all over the world. Whether it's Blue Sapphires from Madagascar or Rubies from India, all gemstones are natural and untreated unless otherwise mentioned.
Do you sell both treated and untreated gemstones?
Yes. We sell both. Each product description or lab report will specify whether the gemstone is treated or untreated.
How are your gemstones tested and certified?
All gemstones are lab tested by GJSPC Laboratory by default. You can also opt for a different lab test (extra charges apply).
What is the difference between astrological and ornamental gemstones?
Astrological gemstones are natural, untreated, and Vedic-energized for planetary benefits. Ornamental gemstones are used for style and may be treated or synthetic.
How do I know which gemstone is right for me?

Yes. We customize based on your choice — only before shipping. We don't modify items after delivery.
Do your bracelets and rings come with genuine lab-tested stones?
Yes, all our bracelets, rings, and lockets are made with genuine gemstones and rudraksha beads that are tested and certified by GJSPC Laboratory.
Can I customize my bracelet or locket with specific gemstones or rudraksha?
Yes, we offer customization options based on your astrological needs or preferences. You can contact us with your requirements.
What sizes are available for rings and bracelets?
We offer multiple sizes. Ring sizes follow standard Indian/US sizes, and bracelets are available in adjustable options or standard wrist sizes. A size chart is available on bracelet product pages for easy reference.
Do lockets open or are they sealed with the stone inside?
Our lockets are sealed for spiritual integrity and longevity. The gemstone is securely enclosed.

How long does delivery take after placing an order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Delivery timelines and charges will vary based on destination.
Can I track my order after it’s shipped?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
What happens if my product is delayed or lost in transit?
