What Is the GemKrishna Gemstone Customizer?
The GemKrishna Gemstone Customizer is available directly on eligible gemstone product pages. It allows you to purchase the gemstone loose or choose how you would like it to be set and worn.
Depending on the selected gemstone and the options available on its product page, you can choose:
Loose Gemstone – Receive the gemstone without a jewellery setting.
Ring – Turn your gemstone into a comfortable, wearable ring.
Pendant – Set the gemstone in a pendant that can be worn close to the body.
Bracelet – Create a customized gemstone bracelet.
Brooch – Transform the gemstone into a distinctive brooch, where this option is available.
How to Customize Your Gemstone Online
Select your gemstone. Browse the gemstones available on GemKrishna and open the product page of the exact piece you wish to purchase.
Find “Customise the Gemstone.” Scroll down on the product page until you reach the gemstone customization section.
Choose the jewellery type. Select Loose Gemstone, Ring, Pendant, Bracelet or Brooch, depending on the options available for that stone.
Select your preferred design. Browse our ready designs and choose the one that suits your style and intended use.
Enter the required details. Select the available metal and size options relevant to your chosen jewellery type.
Place your order. After your order is received, our team will contact you when required to discuss the design and confirm the final details.

If you do not find the design you want among GemKrishna’s available options, simply choose “Upload Own Design” and share your reference with us.
You can upload a JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP or PDF file up to 15 MB. Your reference may be a jewellery photograph, sketch, digital illustration or design document. Our team will review it, contact you to discuss the jewellery, and confirm the final design details before production.
We aim to recreate your design as closely as possible while ensuring that it is suitable for the selected gemstone, secure to wear and technically feasible to manufacture. If any small adjustment is required for strength, stone safety or everyday comfort, it will be discussed with you before the jewellery is made.

Select the Metal for Your Jewellery
When you choose a jewellery setting, the customizer provides the relevant metal-selection options. Because precious-metal prices change, the amount displayed for customized jewellery may be an advance amount, with the remaining amount calculated according to the current market price at the time of order. Review the note shown in the customizer and confirm the final details with our team.
Add an Optional 925 Silver Chain
If you are creating a pendant, you may also be able to add a 925 silver chain from the same customization section. This option is convenient if you want a complete, ready-to-wear piece.
Choose the Correct Ring Size
For customized rings, you can select the relevant ring-size system and enter your size. If you do not know your ring size, choose the available Ring Loop option for sizing assistance.
Select an Energisation Option
