Most GemKrishna gemstone products are made using natural gemstones. Certain gemstones may be heated, treated, dyed or otherwise enhanced where applicable to that particular stone.

Wherever a gemstone has a known treatment, the treatment is disclosed to the customer and, where applicable, is also mentioned on its laboratory report. We believe in keeping gemstone information clear and transparent before your purchase.

As a simple everyday guideline, you may wear your gemstone bracelet on your non-dominant hand. For example, if you normally write with your right hand, you can wear the bracelet on your left hand.

You may wear it comfortably throughout the day and while going about your normal daily activities.

We recommend removing the bracelet while sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising heavily or during activities involving excessive water, chemicals, impact or abrasion. This helps protect the stones, elastic, thread and metal components and keeps the bracelet in good condition.

Yes. GemKrishna products requiring gemstone certification are lab certified by default, with certification generally provided through GJSPC Laboratory.

If you require certification from a particular laboratory such as IGI, GIA, GRS or another preferred laboratory, please contact us before placing or completing your order.

Additional laboratory testing and certification charges, where applicable, are payable by the customer and depend on the selected laboratory, gemstone and type of report required.

Most everyday crystal and gemstone bracelets can be worn by anyone and do not have to be selected only according to a zodiac sign. Many customers simply choose stones according to their colour, personal preference, traditional symbolism or intention.

If you would like a bracelet or gemstone combination selected for a particular purpose, zodiac sign, birth details or traditional belief, you can contact our team for guidance.

For powerful astrological gemstones worn in rings or pendants, especially stones traditionally associated with planetary astrology, we recommend taking suitable guidance before wearing them for astrological purposes.

Gemstone and crystal beliefs are traditional or spiritual in nature and should not be considered medical or scientific guarantees.

Most non-customized, ready-to-dispatch products are generally dispatched within approximately 24 hours.

Standard custom bracelets are dispatched within 0–2 business days after the required payment and your approval of the bracelet photo. Engraving, paid rituals, special silver work or testing you request add time, which we confirm first.

Other customized products, such as gemstone rings, pendants, special settings and made-to-order jewellery, generally take up to approximately one week, depending on the work required. Courier delivery time comes after dispatch.

Rudraksha selection can be based on several factors, including your purpose, birth details, personal preference, religious beliefs and the traditional significance associated with different Mukhi Rudraksha.

Some people also prefer choosing the Rudraksha they naturally feel most comfortable or connected with.

Yes. GemKrishna offers customization for gemstone rings, pendants, bracelets, brooches and many other jewellery designs.

You can also purchase a loose gemstone from us and have it set by your own jeweller.

However, if you want the complete piece prepared by us, our GemKraft craftsmen can create a setting around your selected gemstone with attention to its dimensions, fit and intended design.

We can customize loose gemstones into rings, pendants, bracelets, brooches and other made-to-order jewellery designs depending on feasibility.

Our Custom Bracelet Builder lets you create your own gemstone bracelet by selecting your preferred size, gemstones and bracelet arrangement.

You can access the builder directly from the GemKrishna website menu or use the button below.

The online Custom Bracelet Builder allows up to 12 included (base) bead types in one bracelet. Premium beads do not count towards the 12: you can add as many as fit your wrist size, bead size and lock.

If you would like a more complex combination containing additional gemstones, contact us on WhatsApp and we can discuss creating it manually.

Yes. The gemstones shown inside the Custom Bracelet Builder are only our online selection and do not limit the gemstones that can be used for a custom order.

The builder currently shows 90+ included and premium gemstone and bead options, plus premium Rudraksha beads. You can also request other gemstones, subject to availability; contact us before ordering for confirmation and a quote.

If the stone or combination you want is not listed, simply contact us on WhatsApp and tell us what you would like to create.

We aim to get the size, fit and customization right the first time. Custom bracelets: if we make your bracelet in a different size from the measurement you submitted, we correct or remake it free, including the necessary shipping. If the measurement you supplied was wrong, resizing or remaking and the shipping are chargeable; we explain the charges before we proceed.

If a product we supplied is defective or incorrect, we repair or correct it free, including the necessary shipping. For rings, pendants and other jewellery, adjustments covered by our customization or repair terms are made without a repair charge.

Customer damage, normal wear, lost parts, major design changes, additional materials or modifications beyond the original order may involve charges, which will be communicated before the work is carried out.
