Is the ₹500 advance refundable?
The ₹500 advance is not refunded, but it is fully adjusted in your gemstone purchase. For example, if you choose a ₹5,000 stone you pay ₹4,500 more.
Which lab reports can I choose?
GJSPC (free), IIGJ, GSI, IGI, GIA and GRS Swiss. The price and extra delivery time of each report is shown next to it. Every gemstone from GemKrishna ships with a lab report.
Can I ask for an untreated gemstone?
Yes. You can ask for untreated stones only, natural stones where standard treatment such as heating is acceptable, or any treatment if you are buying mainly for looks. Options depend on the gemstone.
Can the gemstone be set in a ring, pendant or bracelet?
Yes. Choose a loose stone, or a ring, pendant or bracelet in silver, gold, platinum, panchdhatu, copper or brass. Metal and making charges are quoted with the stone.
