That's a fair point. As of October 2026, our Trustpilot profile has a small number of reviews, almost all from July 2026 onwards, because we only claimed the profile in 2026 and had not used Trustpilot before. A short review history there reflects the age of the profile, and we would rather say so than let it look like more.

"A certificate doesn't mean the stone is worth the price." Is that true?
Yes, and it is true of every seller in the world, not only us. A gemstone lab report tells you what a stone is: its identity, whether it is natural, any detectable treatment, its weight and measurements. It is not a valuation. Two certified natural blue sapphires of the same weight can differ hugely in price because of colour, clarity, cut and size.
Here is how we price, and how you can check that a price is fair:
- Crystal bracelets and Rudraksha: fixed, public prices. Our Custom Bracelet Builder costs ₹999 (8 mm) or ₹1,249 (10 mm) whichever natural stones you choose, and our Rudraksha builder shows the price of every single bead, from ₹399. You can compare these directly with any other seller.
- Silver: weight plus making. Custom SILVY pieces are priced at the day's silver rate plus making charges, with the weight stated, and a BIS hallmark with HUID can be added for ₹249.
- Astrological gemstones: you see the actual stone. Listings show real, unedited photos and the exact weight, with treatment in the title. Through our gemstone selection service, you choose the stone, weight range, budget and treatment preference, and we show you real stones from our sourcing network on photos and video until you are satisfied. You pay only a ₹500 advance, adjusted against the stone.
- A second opinion is your right. GJSPC reports are included; if you want IGI, GIA, GRS Swiss, IIGJ or GSI, we arrange it at that lab's charge.
- Time to check. Standard products come with a 30-day return policy, so you can have a stone checked independently.

"They sell both treated and untreated gemstones." Why?
Because that is the honest reality of the gem trade. Some stones are almost always treated worldwide, and untreated versions of others cost far more. A seller who claims every stone in a large catalogue is untreated is either not stocking these categories or not telling the whole truth.

"Some products involve spiritual or astrological claims." What do you actually claim?
We describe stones, crystals and Rudraksha with their traditional and astrological associations, such as prosperity, protection or calm, because that is the tradition our customers buy within. These are beliefs, not scientifically established effects, and nothing we sell is a medical treatment. We do not claim that a bracelet will cure an illness, fix your finances or replace a doctor. If you are being treated for a medical condition, keep following your doctor. Buy a stone because you want that stone.
"Returns can be restrictive for customised products." What exactly happens?

Most of our bracelets are made after you order, so we reduce the risk before we make anything: we show you your Rudraksha beads before stringing, send a photo of a custom crystal bracelet for your approval before dispatch, and record a video of ready-made bracelets before they are packed. If you're unsure of your wrist size, message us first; that one message prevents most sizing problems.
What does "AAA quality" mean at GemKrishna?
AAA is not an international grading standard; any seller can print it. At GemKrishna it is a house grade you can check against the item in your hand:
- Natural material: not reconstituted, not glass, not plastic-filled
- Undyed, unless the stone only exists dyed, in which case it is labelled and not sold as untreated
- Consistent colour across the beads in one bracelet
- Bead diameter matched, measured with tools rather than estimated
- Clean drilling with no chipping around the holes
- Good transparency or lustre for that stone type
