Why we make bracelets to order
Most crystal bracelets sold online are strung in bulk long before anyone buys them. The beads are whatever came in the batch, the size is a standard 16cm, and nobody looks at the bracelet again until it is packed.
At GemKrishna we work the other way round. When your order comes in, we pick the beads, the size, the arrangement, the elastic, the metal and the fittings for your bracelet. It takes longer, but it means the bracelet you receive was made for your wrist, not for a warehouse.
Step 1: Free guidance before you buy
Not sure which crystal to choose? Message GemKrishna on WhatsApp. Our guidance is free and unlimited. It is customer service, not a paid consultation. Step 2: You choose, or you design
You can buy a ready design from our round bead bracelet collection of nearly 200 natural stones, or design your own in the GemKrishna custom bracelet builder. The builder lets you pick each bead, the arrangement and your hand size. Before ordering, you also choose from 3–4 pran pratishtha, puja or energisation options. Basic energisation is included free with every order.
Step 3: Every bead is hand-picked, one by one
Once your order arrives, a member of the GemKrishna team hand-picks every single bead for your bracelet. We check each bead for:
- Colour: so the bracelet looks even, not patchy
- Polish and finish: no chips, dull spots or rough drill holes
- Size: beads matched to the size stated on the listing
- Cracks and flaws: any bead that doesn't pass is set aside
We also choose the metal and fittings (silver or other high-quality metal), and any charms you selected, at this stage.
Step 4: Natural, and honest about treatment
GemKrishna crystal bracelets are made from natural, untreated stones. A few stones only exist in treated form. Howlite, for example, is sold dyed. When that is the case, the product title says so clearly. It is never hidden in the small print.
Step 5: Lab tested, with a report you can check
Every gemstone and crystal bracelet from GemKrishna ships with a lab report, whatever its price, whether it costs ₹499 or ₹13,999. Our reports come mainly from GJSPC. If you prefer IGI, GIA or another lab, we can arrange it on request. You can ask to see the lab report before you buy, and you can verify it online yourself. For rudraksha bracelets, GJSPC issues both a lab report and an X-ray report for every bead.
Step 6: Made by our experienced karigars
Your hand-picked beads then go to GemKrishna's experienced karigars. They string your bracelet to your wrist size on high-grade elastic cord, so it sits comfortably and doesn't sag. Magnetic-lock bracelets are made as GemKrishna Gem Snap bracelets: high-quality metal wire with a magnetic lock, strung on a strong stainless steel core looped twice for extra strength.
Step 7: Cleansed overnight on selenite
Before it leaves us, every bracelet rests overnight on a selenite plate. Selenite is traditionally used to cleanse crystals of energy they have picked up during handling and making.
Step 8: Pran pratishtha and energisation at our mandir
Your bracelet is then placed before the deities at our mandir for pran pratishtha, along with the energisation or puja option you chose when ordering. This step is done for every piece, not just expensive ones.
Step 9: A video of your actual bracelet
Before dispatch, GemKrishna records a video of the exact bracelet you ordered, so you can see that it is what you asked for: the right stone, the right beads, the right design. You see your own bracelet, not a stock photo.
Step 10: Packed in premium GemKrishna packaging, and on its way
Finally, your bracelet is packed in GemKrishna's premium packaging, ready to give as a gift straight out of the box. Inside, you also get a free raw selenite plate, so you can cleanse and recharge your bracelet at home. Your lab report is included. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and shipped via Delhivery to anywhere in India. Delivery usually takes 2–4 days after dispatch.
After it reaches you: our promises
- 30-day returns on standard products (return shipping is paid by the customer). Custom-made bracelets are made to order and are not covered by standard returns.
- Wrong wrist size: we remake it free; you pay shipping.
- Broken strand or lost beads: we repair it free; you pay shipping.
- Lifetime restringing, with no time limit: send back the beads and any charms, and we will restring your bracelet.
- If we made a mistake: fully covered, including shipping both ways.
