First, one rule that matters more than the stone
Pick one purpose. Not five.
The most common mistake we see is someone buying a bracelet for money, protection, love, sleep and focus all at once — or one bracelet with fifteen different stones on it. It becomes jewellery, which is fine, but it stops being a practice. Choose the thing that is actually on your mind this year, wear one piece for it, and give it a few months.
Second rule: a crystal is a reminder, not a fix. The value people get from wearing one is mostly in the intention it keeps in front of them. We are not going to tell you a stone will pay your bills or cure anything, and anyone who does is selling harder than they should.

How to wear it
- Which wrist? Traditionally the left is the receiving side and the right the giving side, so stones for drawing something in go left, and stones for projecting outward go right. Plenty of people ignore this entirely and are none the worse for it.
- How many? One or two. A stack of six is an outfit, not a practice.
- How long before I judge it? Give it a few months of actually wearing it.
- Cleanse it. Rest it overnight on the selenite plate that comes free in your box. No water, no salt — both damage soft and porous stones.
- Take it off for showers, the gym and swimming. Sweat and soap kill elastic faster than anything.

It goes to an independent laboratory, is identified and measured, and gets a report number belonging to that piece alone — printed on the listing, and you can verify it yourself on the lab's website. Then it is cleansed and energised. Each piece rests overnight on a selenite plate, and pran pratishtha is performed at the mandir, where the piece is placed before the deities before dispatch.
