Every report is one-on-one

GemKrishna does not issue batch test reports for any product. Every lab report is one-on-one, with unique values and a unique report number. Reports are mainly from GJSPC Laboratory, New Delhi (gjspc.in). How to verify a report online.

Each report identifies the beads in the product and discloses any treatment, after a full inspection. A report records the laboratory's findings on material and treatment. It does not certify spiritual or astrological results.

Rudraksha

Our Rudraksha is authentic, natural, untreated and energised, with correct origin and size stated. Every Rudraksha lab report includes X-ray.

Loose Rudraksha (Buy Rudraksha)

  • ₹1,000 and above: free X-ray lab report for each bead.
  • Under ₹1,000: X-ray lab report available at ₹150 per bead, whatever your order value.
  • Every bead is already checked by our expert team. The lab report is an extra check for your satisfaction.

Custom Rudraksha bracelets and kanthas (builders)

  • A lab report is provided for all beads, whatever your order value. It covers the full bracelet or kantha, or specific beads, depending on the beads you select.
  • Kanthas: premium, more detailed A4 report from GJSPC, with X-ray.

Gemstones, crystals, malas and silver

Every product gets a lab report unless its page says otherwise. Plain silver jewellery is not tested by gem laboratories; silver purity is shown by BIS hallmarking where stated on the product page.

Sample and actual reports

  • You can see a sample report before paying, and you receive your actual report after paying.
  • Sample reports are for reference only. Your actual report is your own one-on-one report and will be almost identical to the sample, apart from normal variation such as bead size, image and slight differences in shape.
  • Your product will match the criteria on its product page, which also shows a reference image of the quality.

Energisation

Every Rudraksha gets touch energisation from our team of healers: thorough cleaning, mantra japa, oiling, aromatic scenting and traditional rituals. Pooja and Pran Pratishtha are separate services, performed by professional pandits at a religious place. Spiritual benefits are traditional associations, not guaranteed outcomes.

Lifetime authenticity guarantee

If a recognised independent institution or professional finds that a GemKrishna product is not authentic, or that its material, natural origin or treatment differs from our description, you get a full refund, with no time limit. This applies to Rudraksha and every other product. All other returns follow our normal return policy.
