Short answer: In India, a genuine round bead crystal bracelet usually costs between about ₹500 and ₹3,000. Common stones in 6mm beads (tiger eye, black obsidian, green aventurine) sit at the bottom of that range. Larger beads and AAA grades of stones like citrine, aquamarine, amazonite or carnelian can go well above ₹5,000, and a few exceptional strands above ₹10,000. The price depends on four things: the stone, the bead size, the grade, and whether the bracelet comes with a lab report you can verify.
This guide uses GemKrishna's own current prices (September 2026) so you can see exactly how those four things move the price. Prices change with stock, so always check the listing.
Why the same stone can cost ₹749 or ₹3,200
Many sellers charge one flat price for every stone. That is convenient, but it cannot reflect what the beads are actually worth. A rough-cut, cloudy 8mm citrine and a clear, evenly coloured 12mm citrine are not the same product, even if both are "natural citrine".
Here is what really changes the price:
- The stone itself. Jaspers, obsidian and tiger eye are plentiful. Aquamarine, kunzite, sugilite and good Russian amazonite are not.
- Bead size. Bigger beads need bigger, cleaner rough, and there is more waste when cutting perfect rounds. Price rises faster than size.
- Grade. Colour, clarity, polish and how well matched the beads are. See the note on AAA below.
- Proof. A lab report adds a small cost, but it is the only independent evidence that the stone is what the seller says.

What "AAA" really means
A, AA and AAA are trade grades used by bead cutters and dealers. They describe colour, clarity, polish and how evenly the beads match. They are useful, but there is no official standard, and one seller's AAA can be another's AA. That is why we show real, unedited photos and state the exact bead size on every listing, so you can judge for yourself rather than rely on a label. If a seller calls everything AAA at the same low price, be cautious.
How many beads, and which size fits your wrist?
Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape or a strip of paper, then add about 1–2cm for a comfortable fit. Larger beads take up more room on the inside of the bracelet, so add a little more for 10mm and above. For a bracelet of about 16cm, you will get roughly 26–27 beads at 6mm, about 20 at 8mm and about 16 at 10mm. If you are unsure, send us your wrist size on WhatsApp and we will size it for you.
How GemKrishna makes a round bead bracelet
Around 90% of our bracelets are made after you order, not picked from a pre-strung pile. Here is what happens:
- Beads are hand-picked one by one for colour, polish and size, to your wrist measurement.
- Strung by our experienced karigars on high-grade elastic cord. Magnetic-lock versions are made as Gem Snap bracelets, on a strong stainless steel core looped twice.
- Lab tested. Every gemstone and crystal bracelet ships with a lab report, mainly from GJSPC, whatever the price. IGI, GIA or another lab can be used on request, and you can ask to see the report before you buy.
- Treatment is stated upfront. Our crystal bracelets are natural and untreated. Where a stone is only available treated, such as dyed howlite, the product title says so.
- Cleansed and energised. Each piece rests overnight on a selenite plate, and pran pratishtha is performed at our mandir before dispatch.
- Packed with a free raw selenite plate so you can cleanse and recharge the bracelet at home.

Six questions to ask any seller before you pay
- Does this bracelet come with a lab report, and can I verify it online? (How to verify a lab report)
- Is the stone natural, and is it treated or dyed?

- Are the photos of the actual stones, or stock images?
- What happens if the size is wrong or the elastic breaks?
- What is the return policy, and who pays return shipping?
A seller who answers all six clearly is usually a seller you can trust. For more warning signs, read real vs fake crystal bracelets in India.

Frequently asked questions
What is a fair price for a real crystal bracelet in India?
For common stones in 6–8mm beads, roughly ₹500–₹1,600 is fair. Rarer stones and AAA grades in larger beads cost more. A very low price for a rare stone is a warning sign.
Is 6mm or 8mm better?
6mm is lighter and suits smaller wrists or stacking. 8mm is bolder and the most popular size, especially for men. Choose by comfort and look; the stone is the same.
Do bigger beads work better?
There is no evidence that bead size changes a crystal's traditional meaning. Bigger beads show off the stone's colour and pattern more, which is why many people prefer them.
Do crystal bracelets have health benefits?
Crystals have long traditional and spiritual associations, and many people find them meaningful. They are not a medical treatment, and we do not claim they cure any condition.
