Before you pay for a bracelet, a Rudraksha or a silver piece online, you want three simple answers: when will it reach me, how can I pay, and what happens if something is not right? This page answers all three in one place, using exactly the same rules as our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Delivery: free across India

Delivery is free on every order, for every customer, anywhere in India. We ship from Delhi through Delhivery. At the moment we ship within India only.

How long until it is dispatched?

About 90% of our orders are made specially for the customer after the order comes in, so dispatch time depends on what you order:

• Ready-stock products: within 24 hours
• Custom crystal and Rudraksha bracelets, hand jaap malas: 1 to 2 days
• Engraved bracelets: up to 3 days
• Custom malas, kanthas and complex designs: up to 7 days
• Custom SILVY 925 silver jewellery: 6 to 7 days
• Silver hallmarking add-on (BIS hallmark with HUID, ₹249): adds up to 2 days

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 6 days, depending on your area. Remote pincodes can take longer, and all delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If you need something by a particular date, such as a birthday or festival, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.

What happens between your order and dispatch

1. Beads, size, arrangement, elastic, metal and fittings are hand-picked for your order.
2. Our experienced karigars make the piece.
3. For custom Rudraksha orders, we show you each bead before it is strung and share a photo of the finished bracelet.
4. Every piece is cleansed overnight on a selenite plate, and pran pratishtha is performed at the mandir before dispatch.
5. We record a video of your actual piece, then pack it in premium packaging with your lab report, a free gift, a free repair kit and a free raw selenite plate.

How can you pay?

You have two choices at checkout:

• Pay in full online. Prepaid orders get a discount and faster delivery.
• Pay 20% now, 80% on delivery. You pay a 20% advance online and the remaining 80% in cash when the parcel arrives, where cash on delivery is available for your pincode. Checkout confirms whether it is available for your address.

The 100% Authenticity Guarantee

If any product is not natural as stated by GemKrishna and its lab report, we refund the full amount: the product price, the lab report, shipping, customisation and making charges. Nothing is deducted.

We state any treatment in the product title and description. If no treatment is mentioned, the product is natural. Every gemstone and crystal product ships with a lab report, mainly from GJSPC, and every Rudraksha with a lab report and an X-ray report. You can ask for the report before you buy.

Returns within 30 days

Standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn and unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email contact@gemkrishna.com first; parcels sent without approval may not be accepted.

On a regular return (not an authenticity claim), these are not refunded: lab report charges, shipping charges, and customisation and making charges. Gold and silver are refunded by weight at the metal rate on the day of return, without making charges. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Custom-made and personalised pieces, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a standard return, because they are made or chosen specially for you.

Wrong size, breakage and lifetime restringing

• Wrong wrist size: we remake your bracelet in the right size free of charge; you pay shipping.
• Broken strand or lost beads: repaired free; you pay shipping.
• Lifetime restringing: send us the beads and any charms at any time, and we will restring your bracelet and send it back.
• Our mistake: if we sent the wrong item or made an error, we cover everything, including shipping.

For silver, after-sales care includes polishing, re-plating and resizing.
