Measure snugly, skin to skin; we add one bead for comfort. Between two sizes, choose the larger. 8 mm suits most wrists; 10 mm looks bolder.
Wrap a soft tape or a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, snug against the skin. Read where the ends meet and choose that size. Do not add anything for comfort; we add one bead for you.
The labels next to some sizes (small baby, most women, unisex, most men, very large hand) are rough guides, not a guaranteed fit. Your own measurement is what counts.
No tape at home? Download the printable A4 wrist ruler (PDF). Print at 100% or "Actual size", never "Fit to page", then cut it out and wrap it around your wrist.
Bead sizes
8 mm suits most wrists and everyday wear. 10 mm gives a bolder look and is often chosen for larger wrists.
The bead count depends on your wrist and bead size: wrist inches × 25 ÷ bead size in mm, rounded, plus one bead for comfort. A lock may take the place of beads (see the lock step).
Included beads (no border) cost nothing above the base bracelet price. You can mix up to 12 included bead types; the price stays the same. Citrine, for example, is an included bead.
Premium beads (gold border) are charged per bead, at the price shown below their name. Premium beads do not count towards the 12 included types: add as many as fit your wrist size, bead size and lock.
Normal mode: tap the beads you like and we spread them round your bracelet. Every included type gets at least one position. Change premium quantities in Your beads.
Choose exact bead counts: each tap adds one bead, in the order you tap. The counter shows how many more fit your wrist size; you cannot order until the bracelet is complete.
Tap the i on any bead for its details. Premium Rudraksha sizes vary naturally; their actual size is used when we work out how many beads fit your wrist.
Stretchable elastic slips on easily and uses no lock. Free.
GemSnap locks are magnetic locks made of stainless steel, in gold, silver or black colour. Each is about 0.7 inch long and replaces 1 bead. Free, and they can be laser-engraved.
925 sterling-silver locks (silver clasps and S kunda) replace 2 beads and add the price shown. They cannot be engraved.
The Silver GemSnap is silver-coloured stainless steel. It is not 925 silver and not one of the 925 sterling-silver locks.
How it is strung: GemSnap bracelets are strung on stainless steel. Bracelets with a 925 sterling-silver lock are strung on strong nylon thread. Elastic bracelets use a strong, stretchable elastic cord and have no lock.
Spacers sit between beads. Silver spacers and charms are priced per piece; size and weight are on each card where known. The brass spacer set is one price per bracelet and we match the count to your design.
A 925 silver bead takes the place of one bead. Items marked 92.5 Silver are 925 sterling silver.
Silver cappings are 925 sterling-silver caps that sit on both ends of a bead. Choose any size for any bead: Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large. The price is per bead (a cap on both ends). Tap a size to cap one bead, use − and + to change the number, or "Cap all" for every bead still free; we spread them evenly. Cappings can be combined with spacers.
Want a particular placement? Write it in the custom note before you order.
Up to 20 characters, laser-engraved on the flat face of your stainless-steel GemSnap lock, exactly as typed. Offered only with GemSnap locks: elastic has no lock to engrave, and the 925 silver locks are not engraved.
Engraving is done after stringing, so dispatch takes about 3 to 5 business days instead of 0 to 2. Your approval photo shows the engraving. If we engrave something different from what you submitted, we remake it free of charge, including the shipping.
One GJSPC report covers your bracelet. It identifies each gemstone variety used, includes a photograph of the tested bracelet, records the bracelet's total weight in grams and has a unique report number. Any treatment identified within the laboratory's testing scope is stated. It is included in the price. If a report reveals a treatment contrary to our stated disclosure, we guarantee a full refund.
These are sample reports for other customers' bracelets, not your own report.

Included with every custom bracelet
What your bracelet’s laboratory report identifies
Your custom bracelet includes a GJSPC laboratory report identifying each gemstone variety used in the bracelet. It includes a photograph of the tested bracelet, its recorded total weight and a unique report number. Any treatments identified during testing are stated within the laboratory’s testing scope. You can verify the report number online and match its photograph and details with your bracelet.
- Each gemstone variety. The report names every gemstone variety in your bracelet and how many beads of each, as in the samples.
- A photo of your bracelet. The report carries a photograph of the bracelet that was tested. It is one report for the whole bracelet, not a separate report or photo for each bead.
- Recorded weight. The weight is the total weight of the whole bracelet in grams, not the weight of individual stones. The report also records the bead size in millimetres.
- Treatments. Where testing identifies a treatment, within the laboratory’s testing scope, the report states it.
- A unique report number. Enter it at gjspc.in/ReportCheck (opens in a new tab) to view the complete report online. How to check a report
- Match it to your bracelet. When your order arrives, check that the photograph, bead details, weight and report number match your bracelet.

You also receive a GemKrishna Certificate of Authenticity. Every custom bracelet comes with both documents: the GJSPC report, issued by an independent laboratory, and our own GemKrishna Certificate of Authenticity (Authenticity Card), issued by GemKrishna. The certificate does not replace the laboratory report.
100% lifetime money-back guarantee of authenticity. If a recognised gem laboratory ever finds your GemKrishna product is not natural or not as described, we refund the full amount you paid.
Laboratory identification describes the materials. It does not certify spiritual benefits or guarantee any outcome.

- Spacers and charms. Optional, at the price shown on each.
- Arrangement. With 2 to 6 included stones, choose a pattern. With 7 or more, our team arranges them. With exact bead counts on, we make the bracelet exactly as your preview shows.
- Engraving. Optional with a GemSnap lock, ₹249.
- Free gift and review. Pick a gift, check the summary and price, and order.
How many beads your bracelet has
We work out the beads from your wrist size: wrist inches × 25 ÷ bead size in millimetres, rounded to a whole bead, plus one bead for comfort. Large premium Rudraksha beads adjust this using their actual size. A GemSnap lock (magnetic stainless steel, about 0.7 inch) replaces 1 bead and a 925 sterling-silver lock replaces 2 beads. For example, a 7 inch wrist with 8 mm beads and elastic gives 7 × 25 ÷ 8 = 22 beads, plus 1 for comfort: 23 beads.
Price
The base price is ₹999 for 8 mm and ₹1,249 for 10 mm. Included stones, elastic and GemSnap locks, the lab report and the certificate of authenticity cost nothing extra. Premium beads, 925 sterling-silver locks, spacers, silver beads, charms and engraving add their displayed prices. The builder shows your total before you order.

Frequently asked questions: custom crystal bracelets
Are your crystals natural, and do you use any dyed, synthetic or treated stones?
All the gemstones in our custom bracelet builder are natural and untreated, with one dyed exception, which is named on its bead card, in Your beads, in the order summary and in the cart. A few options are not gemstones at all:
- Howlite (trade name) — dyed magnesite: the material supplied under this option is dyed magnesite, not natural howlite.
- South Sea and Freshwater pearls: cultured pearls, not natural pearls.
- Rudraksha and Karungali: botanical beads (a natural seed and ebony wood), not gemstones.
- Evil Eye bead: a decorative bead, not a gemstone.
Every other option is natural, with no treatment. Read the material note for the option you choose, and ask us before ordering if anything is unclear. Your laboratory report states any treatment identified within the laboratory's testing scope.
For example, our Citrine is natural, unheated Citrine, not heat-treated Amethyst, which is commonly sold as Citrine in the gemstone market.
We believe customers deserve to know exactly what they are purchasing. That is why gemstone authenticity, independent laboratory testing and transparent treatment disclosures are fundamental to our approach.
Can I select my own crystals and customise their exact arrangement?
Yes. GemKrishna gives you extensive flexibility to personalise your crystal bracelet, from selecting individual gemstones to deciding their quantities and exact arrangement.
Our Custom Bracelet Builder allows you to:
- Choose up to 12 included (base) bead types from our selection. A design needs at least 2 stone types in total.
- Add premium gemstones and premium Rudraksha as well. Premium beads do not count towards the 12 included types, so you can add as many as fit your wrist size, bead size and lock.
- Customise gemstone quantities for most available gemstones, deciding how many beads of each variety you want.
- Specify your exact arrangement, including the sequence, placement, alternating combinations and repeating patterns of individual gemstones.
If you have a particular design in mind, describe your preferred arrangement in the customisation notes while placing your order, or share your requirements with our team on WhatsApp.
Whether you prefer a symmetrical arrangement, alternating gemstone patterns or a completely personalised combination, our team can help create a bracelet to your preferences.
What bead sizes are available, and can I customise the bracelet to my wrist measurement?
Yes. Every GemKrishna custom bracelet is made according to your wrist measurement and design preferences, for a comfortable fit and a personalised look.
Available bead sizes. Standard 8–10 mm beads are available across our gemstone selection. Smaller and larger beads, from about 2 mm to 16–18 mm, are available for selected gemstones on request. For special sizes, please contact our team on WhatsApp to confirm availability.
Custom wrist measurements. Each bracelet is handcrafted to your selected wrist measurement. We automatically adjust the total number of beads to fit your wrist size while keeping your selected gemstone combination, unless you give us specific instructions.
Mixed bead sizes. You can combine different bead sizes in one bracelet. Mixed-size bracelets are priced according to the larger or more expensive bead size used and must be ordered through WhatsApp.
For unusual wrist measurements, mixed bead sizes or specific bead-count requirements, our team can help you with a personalised order.
Do you provide a laboratory report or certificate of authenticity? What exactly does it verify?
Yes. Every GemKrishna custom crystal bracelet includes an independent laboratory report at no additional cost. We believe gemstone authenticity should be supported by independent testing rather than relying only on a seller's claims.
Independent laboratory certification. By default, your bracelet comes with one physical laboratory report for the whole bracelet, issued by GJSPC, an independent gemstone testing laboratory. The report documents:
- Gemstone identification: each gemstone variety used in your bracelet is identified.
- A photograph of the tested bracelet, so you can match the report to your bracelet.
- Recorded weight: the total weight of the whole bracelet in grams, not the weight of each bead. The sample report also records the bead size in millimetres.
- A unique report number that you can check online.
- Natural or synthetic status: the report records whether the tested gemstones are natural or synthetic.
- Treatment identification: treatments identified during testing are stated, within the laboratory's testing scope.
- Independent verification: the laboratory records its findings independently of GemKrishna's product descriptions.
Gemstones identified as natural are reported accordingly, while any detected treatments or synthetic materials are disclosed within the laboratory's testing scope.
Physical certificate and online verification. To verify your report, enter the unique report number printed on it at gjspc.in/ReportCheck, then match the photograph and details with your bracelet. See also how to check a lab report online. The report identifies materials; it does not certify spiritual benefits or guarantee any outcome.
GemKrishna Certificate of Authenticity. Every custom bracelet also comes with our own GemKrishna Certificate of Authenticity (Authenticity Card). It is issued by GemKrishna and is separate from the independent laboratory report.
Certification from other laboratories. You may request testing from another laboratory of your choice through GemKrishna at an additional cost, or submit your bracelet for independent testing yourself after you receive it.
We stand behind our gemstone descriptions and expect independent testing to confirm the authenticity and treatment disclosures provided by GemKrishna, subject to the testing methods and scope of the selected laboratory. Our commitment is simple: you deserve to know exactly which gemstones you are buying, supported by independently documented findings that you can verify yourself.
Can you share actual photos or videos of the crystals that would be used in my bracelet?
Yes. We believe you should know what you are buying before your bracelet is dispatched.
Gemstone images in the builder. Our Custom Bracelet Builder shows sample images of each gemstone, to help you understand its appearance, colour, texture and natural character before you choose.
Photos of your actual gemstones. After placing your order, you can contact our team on WhatsApp to request photographs of the actual beads selected for your bracelet. Natural gemstones have unique patterns, inclusions, colour variations and textures, so the actual beads may differ slightly from the sample images in the builder.
Photos of your completed bracelet. We share photographs of your completed bracelet before dispatch, even if you have not asked for them, so you can see the finished bracelet and its arrangement before it ships.
Free of charge. These photo and preview services cost nothing extra. For actual gemstone photos, special design requests or order help, contact our team on WhatsApp.
How much does a custom crystal bracelet cost?
Custom crystal bracelets start from ₹999. Your final price depends on your selected beads, size, closure and optional extras. The builder shows your total before you order.
GemKrishna custom crystal bracelets start at ₹999, including an independent laboratory report and free shipping across India.
Included in the starting price of ₹999:
- A personalised crystal bracelet made with standard 8 mm gemstone beads.
- Up to 12 included bead types, with no extra charge for choosing more of them. Premium beads are extra, priced per bead.
- Customisation to your wrist measurement and preferred arrangement.
- A complimentary GJSPC independent laboratory report, verifiable online.
- A GemKrishna Certificate of Authenticity (Authenticity Card) from GemKrishna.
- Free shipping across India.
- Photographs of your completed bracelet before dispatch.
- Complimentary extra elastic thread for future maintenance.
How the final price is calculated. The builder calculates your price from your selected gemstones, quantities and customisation options. The starting price covers eligible basic gemstones; premium gemstones, Rudraksha beads or other premium components may increase it. Any additional charges are included in the order total before you confirm.
Discounts on fully prepaid orders. If you pay the full order amount in advance, you get ₹50 off when the order total is up to ₹999 and ₹100 off when it is ₹1,000 or more. The discount is applied once to the order total, not to each bracelet. The builder shows this prepaid price first, with the partial-payment price below it.
Pay just 20% upfront. You don't need to pay the full amount in advance. A minimum advance of 20% of the order value starts processing, and the remaining 80% can be paid as cash on delivery (COD). Pay the complete amount in advance to receive the prepaid discount.
No hidden certification or shipping charges. Your standard GJSPC laboratory report and regular shipping are included in the bracelet price. Testing by another laboratory, special components or express shipping may cost extra; any such charge is told to you before you confirm.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard custom bracelets are dispatched within 0–2 working days after we receive the required payment and you approve the photo of your finished bracelet.
- Production time: 0–2 working days after payment confirmation and photo approval.
- Laboratory testing: the standard GJSPC report is included within this time.
- Extra time: engraving adds about 3 business days. Testing by another laboratory, Rudraksha X-ray requests, special silver work or other special requests add time, which we confirm before you order.
- Before dispatch: we share photographs of your completed bracelet.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Delhi: 0–1 day.
- Outside Delhi (India): 2–3 days on average.
Delivery estimates count from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times can vary with your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather and other logistics factors.
Urgent production and express delivery. Urgent production may be arranged, subject to feasibility and gemstone availability, at no extra charge. Express delivery is available on request where our courier partners support it; extra shipping charges may apply. Express timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the courier.
Order tracking. Once your bracelet is dispatched, we send a tracking link by WhatsApp, email and SMS.
What is your policy on returns, exchanges, repairs and restringing?
Every GemKrishna custom bracelet is handcrafted for you according to your selected gemstones, wrist measurement and design preferences. Because these bracelets are made to order, our return and exchange terms differ from those for ready-made products.
Returns and store credit. Customised bracelets are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for change-of-mind requests. In exceptional circumstances, GemKrishna may approve a return at its discretion. Where a discretionary return is approved, store credit may be issued after deducting applicable charges, including shipping and logistics expenses, bracelet manufacturing and customisation costs, and other relevant expenses incurred in fulfilling the order. Any discretionary return or store credit is subject to GemKrishna's approval and the conditions communicated to you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders. If we supply a bracelet that arrives damaged or defective, contains incorrect gemstones, has an incorrect or defective lock, or differs from your confirmed order because of an error on our part, we repair, correct or replace it free of charge, including the shipping needed to resolve it.
Size adjustments and exchanges. We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If we made the bracelet in a different size from the measurement you submitted, we correct or remake it free, including the shipping. If the measurement you gave was incorrect, resizing or remaking and the shipping are chargeable; we explain the charges before we proceed.
Complimentary elastic and restringing. Every custom bracelet includes extra elastic thread for future maintenance. Elastic restringing is free of labour charges for life as long as all original beads are present; you pay the shipping. Damage from use, normal wear, lost or replacement beads and optional alterations may be chargeable, and we confirm any charge before the work. Shipping is free when the repair is needed because of a defect or error attributable to GemKrishna.
30-day repair support. You can request repair help within the first 30 days after delivery. Elastic restringing stays free after this period too, provided no beads are missing; you pay the shipping unless GemKrishna is responsible for the defect.
Magnetic lock replacement. If a lock we supplied is defective or not the one you ordered, we replace it free, including the shipping. Any other lock replacement, for example after loss or damage in use, costs ₹250 plus shipping.
Whether you need a new elastic, a wrist-size adjustment or help with a damaged bracelet, our team is available on WhatsApp. All discretionary returns and exchanges are subject to the applicable policy conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
What does "included" mean?
Included beads cost nothing above the base bracelet price. Choosing more included stones, up to 12 types, does not change the price. Premium beads are charged per bead and do not count towards the 12.
Can I add Rudraksha to a gemstone bracelet?
Yes. 4, 5, 6 and 7 Mukhi Rudraksha are included beads and can be mixed with any gemstones. Premium Rudraksha from Nepal, Indonesia and India are also available, priced per bead. Traditional associations are beliefs, not guaranteed effects.
Which lock should I choose?
Elastic is the easiest to put on. A GemSnap is a magnetic stainless-steel lock (about 0.7 inch) in gold, silver or black colour; it gives a finished look, replaces 1 bead and can be engraved. The silver-coloured GemSnap is not 925 silver. A 925 sterling-silver lock gives a classic jewellery finish, replaces 2 beads and adds its price.
Do I add anything to my wrist measurement?
No. Choose your skin-to-skin measurement. We add one bead for comfort.
Are the bracelets energised?
Every bracelet is energised using traditional Vedic practices at no extra charge. These practices are believed to enhance crystal effects; that effect is not scientifically established. For extensive energisation with video, contact us on WhatsApp; extra charges and time apply.
How do I design and order my bracelet?
Choose at least two stone types, choose your measured wrist size and select 8 mm or 10 mm beads. Personalisation is optional. Review the stones, quantities, closure and itemised price, then add the complete bracelet to your cart. Payment and delivery details are confirmed at checkout.
I do not know which crystals to choose—can you help?
Open the bracelet finder for suggestions, or search the stones by name or traditional intention. Human help is available on WhatsApp. Choosing a colour you enjoy is enough; you do not need specialist crystal knowledge.
Can I combine different gemstones and Rudraksha?
Yes. You can create a mixed gemstone bracelet and include the available Rudraksha options. Included 4, 5, 6 and 7 Mukhi types add no bead surcharge. Premium Rudraksha have separate prices and explicit size choices. Check the Mukhi, origin and size in your review before ordering.
How many included types and premium beads can I add?
The online design requires at least two stone types and allows up to 12 included types. Premium beads do not use that 12-type allowance, but must fit the bracelet. Every included type needs a position; a premium-only design must fill every position. Fit and extras determine the remaining capacity.
Can I request one stone only or a combination outside the online rules?
Yes—message us on WhatsApp with your current design. A single-stone design or a combination outside the online limits needs confirmation from the team before ordering. A WhatsApp message does not reserve stock, set a price or create a payable order.
Can I select a particular bead quantity or arrangement?
Yes. Turn on "Choose exact bead counts": each tap adds one bead, you can change every quantity in Your beads, and the builder shows how many beads still fit. Your bracelet is made exactly as the preview shows: your counts, strung in the order you add the beads. With the switch off, premium beads have quantity controls and included stones are spread by the pattern you choose. You can add any placement preferences in the custom note.
Can I choose by colour, intention, zodiac or chakra?
Yes. Search stones by traditional intention here, and use the bracelet finder for optional zodiac, rashi and chakra guidance. Colours and textures vary naturally. These associations are cultural beliefs or personal preferences; they do not promise medical, financial or relationship outcomes. You can edit every suggested combination.
Do I need to supply my birth details?
No birth details are required to use this bracelet builder, select stones, save a design or order. Optional astrology guidance in the finder is a separate choice rooted in traditional beliefs. You may instead choose by appearance, a favourite stone or a personal intention without supplying birth information.
Can I request a stone not shown online?
Yes. Search the full catalogue first. If the stone is not listed, message us on WhatsApp with your current design. The team will confirm whether the actual material, bead size and quantity can be supplied and quote any additional cost before you decide.
How do I measure my wrist; should I add extra allowance?
Measure snugly against your skin just below the wrist bone. With thread or paper, mark where the ends meet, lay it flat and measure from zero on a ruler. Choose your size in inches without adding allowance: the workshop adds one comfort bead. You can also print the ruler (PDF) at actual size.
Which bead size should I choose?
The recommended 8 mm option has a lighter visual presence; 10 mm looks bolder. Choose whichever appearance you prefer, then check availability: some premium stones have size restrictions and larger Rudraksha use their own stated size variants.
Can you make mixed-size or unusually sized bracelets?
Request mixed gemstone bead sizes, unusually small or large wrists and special bead counts on WhatsApp. The standard online wrist range is 4–9 inches (about 10–23 cm), in half-inch steps. Outside this range, the team must confirm fit, materials and price before an order.
How do locks and large beads change the design and fit?
The workshop estimates bead positions from your wrist and bead size, adds one comfort bead and adjusts for oversized Rudraksha. A GemSnap replaces one bead; a 925 silver lock replaces two. Silver beads also occupy positions. The preview and capacity checks update when these choices change, so review the resulting composition.
What is the difference between GemSnap and 925 silver?
GemSnap is a magnetic stainless-steel lock offered in gold, silver or black colour. The silver-coloured finish is not sterling silver. Available 925 sterling-silver clasps are separately priced products and replace two bead positions. GemSnap replaces one position and supports engraving; the available 925 locks do not support this engraving service.
Can I add caps, spacers, charms, initials or engraving?
Yes, where the relevant option is available. Silver capping is priced per bead capped, with a pair of caps supplied; spacers and charms show their charges. GemSnap engraving accepts up to 20 characters, including spaces. Check the exact preview.
Are the stones natural, and how are treatments disclosed?
The material of each option is shown on its card and in your selection. All gemstone options are natural and untreated except Howlite (trade name) — dyed magnesite, which is dyed magnesite and not natural howlite. Pearls are cultured, Rudraksha and Karungali are botanical beads, and the Evil Eye bead is decorative. The laboratory reports its findings within its testing scope.
What does my laboratory report identify, and how do I verify it?
One GJSPC report covers your bracelet. It identifies each gemstone variety used, includes a photograph of the tested bracelet, records the total weight of the bracelet in grams and carries a unique report number. Any treatment identified within the laboratory's testing scope is stated. Check the number at gjspc.in/ReportCheck and match the photograph and details with your bracelet. Laboratory testing does not establish spiritual or healing effects.
Is the laboratory independent, and which report is included?
The standard custom crystal bracelet includes a physical report from GJSPC, described in GemKrishna’s current service terms as an independent laboratory. The report carries its own identification number. The GemKrishna Certificate of Authenticity (Authenticity Card), included with every custom bracelet, is GemKrishna's own document, not a substitute for independent findings. Sample reports show the format rather than your finished order.
Can I request another laboratory or applicable Rudraksha X-ray testing?
Premium Rudraksha priced above ₹1,999 include an X-ray report. For other Rudraksha, or to use another laboratory, ask on WhatsApp before ordering; the team confirms the test scope, any charge and the added time for your chosen bead. X-ray testing applies to Rudraksha, not to gemstone beads. The standard included service remains the GJSPC bracelet report shown in your review.
Will I receive the exact bracelet in the preview?
The preview illustrates your selections and supported arrangement. It cannot reproduce each natural bead’s colour, inclusions, texture or exact dimensions. Without a wrist measurement it is an example only. GemKrishna shares a photograph of the actual finished bracelet for approval before dispatch; that photo is the relevant view of your made-to-order piece.
Can I see an actual photo or video before dispatch?
GemKrishna sends a photograph of the finished bracelet before dispatch and seeks your approval. You can also request actual bead photographs after placing your order, without an additional photo charge under the current builder terms. Ask the team if you need a video or a particular angle; confirm availability rather than assuming a video is automatic.
What is included in the price and what costs extra?
The displayed base price covers the selected standard bead size, eligible included stones, an elastic or GemSnap closure and the standard lab report. Premium beads, silver components, spacers, charms and engraving add their displayed charges. The review itemises these amounts. Special requests outside the configured options require a separate confirmed quote.
Are the gift, shipping and report included?
The standard GJSPC report is included, and you get one free gift per bracelet. Current terms provide free shipping within India on orders above ₹500. Other laboratory services, express delivery and international shipping may add charges. Review the cart and checkout for the actual order’s delivery and discount conditions.
What payment, deposit and COD options apply to this custom order?
Current custom-bracelet terms allow a minimum 20% advance to start processing, with the balance payable by COD. Fully prepaid orders receive ₹50 off an order total up to ₹999 or ₹100 off an order total of ₹1,000 or more. Use the options actually offered at checkout; contact GemKrishna if an arrangement is unavailable.
When do production and delivery start?
Standard custom bracelets are dispatched within 0–2 working days after the required payment and your approval of the bracelet photo. Engraving adds about three business days; testing by another laboratory, Rudraksha X-ray requests and special requests add time that we confirm first. Courier transit starts after dispatch. Destination, holidays and courier conditions affect delivery, so dispatch time is not an arrival promise.
Can you help with urgent orders or international delivery?
Contact GemKrishna before ordering with the destination and required date. Urgent production depends on the materials and workshop schedule; express courier services depend on the destination and may cost extra. International shipping is available under the current service terms, with charges confirmed at checkout or by the team. Confirm feasibility before relying on a date.
Do you deliver custom crystal bracelets to my city?
Yes. We deliver custom bracelets across India. In Delhi, delivery usually takes 0–1 day after dispatch, and most other cities receive their bracelet in 2–3 days on average.
We regularly deliver to customers in Delhi, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad; Bengaluru and Udupi in Karnataka; Mumbai, Pune and Nashik in Maharashtra; Kolkata and Durgapur in West Bengal; Hyderabad in Telangana; Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara in Gujarat; Chennai in Tamil Nadu; Jaipur in Rajasthan; Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh; Jamshedpur and Ranchi in Jharkhand; Bhubaneswar in Odisha; Patna in Bihar; and Guwahati in Assam. We also deliver to Kerala, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir and smaller towns, wherever our courier partners reach.
Ordering from another city works the same way as ordering in Delhi: you design the bracelet online, approve a photo of the finished bracelet before dispatch and receive a tracking link by WhatsApp, email and SMS.
What if the bracelet is wrong, damaged, misdescribed or fails authenticity testing?
Contact GemKrishna promptly with the order details and photographs. If we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect bracelet or part, including a lock, we repair or correct it free, including the necessary shipping. The separate lifetime authenticity remedy provides a full refund without deductions when a genuine, uncontested independent expert or laboratory finds the product inauthentic. Keep the report and consult the refund policy.
Can I exchange for size or return a change-of-mind custom order?
Custom bracelets are not eligible for the standard full-refund return offered for non-customised products. The builder terms specify a seven-day sizing exchange window: if we made the bracelet in a different size from your submitted measurement, we correct it free, including shipping; if the measurement you supplied was incorrect, resizing or remaking and shipping are chargeable, and we explain the charges before proceeding. Any discretionary change-of-mind return requires approval and may have deductions disclosed first.
What repairs and restringing are covered, and who pays shipping or replacement parts?
Elastic restringing labour is free for life while all original beads are present; you pay the shipping. Customer damage, normal wear, lost or replacement beads, replacement components and optional alterations can cost extra, and the charge is confirmed first. Defects or errors on our part, including a defective or wrong lock we supplied, are corrected free, including the necessary shipping. Contact the team before sending the bracelet.
How should I care for it; can I bathe, sleep or exercise with it?
Remove your bracelet for bathing, sleeping and exercise to reduce exposure to water, chemicals, impact and snagging. Keep perfume and cleaning products away from beads and metal components. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store safely. Materials differ, so ask for stone-specific guidance before soaking, steam-cleaning or using any cleaning solution.
Are energisation services offered?
The current builder service includes traditional Vedic energisation without an extra charge. More extensive ritual services with video are available by request, with the charge and added time confirmed by the team. These are religious or cultural practices; their claimed effects are not scientifically established and are separate from laboratory testing of the materials.
Can I gift it or request a special or bulk design?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp for special gifts, packaging, unlisted components, exact arrangements or bulk quantities. Supply the recipient’s measured wrist size when known; the team confirms feasibility, cost and timing before a special order is agreed.
Can I save and edit my design later?
Use Save draft to cart: your complete design is added to your cart, where you can review it before checkout. No account is required. Saving again during the same visit replaces the earlier draft rather than adding a second one. Prices and stock are checked again when you save, and notes and engraving text are saved only as part of that cart draft.
