When your GemKrishna bracelet arrives, it will look like the bracelet you chose, but it will not be a pixel-perfect copy of the product photo. Its colour may be slightly deeper or lighter, a bead may carry a small line or cloud, and the pattern will be its own. This is not a mistake. It is what natural stone looks like, and it is one of the simplest ways to tell real crystal from glass or plastic.
Why no two natural bracelets are identical
Each bead is cut from a piece of rock that formed over a very long time. Colour, clarity and pattern change from one piece of rough to the next, and even within a single piece. So:
- Colour varies. Amethyst ranges from pale lilac to deep purple; Citrine from pale yellow to honey; Rose Quartz from soft pink to stronger pink.
- Inclusions and lines are normal. Tiny clouds, needles, healed cracks or spots are natural features inside the stone.
- Pattern is unique. Banded and patterned stones such as agate, jasper, tiger eye and labradorite never repeat exactly.
- Rudraksha is a natural seed. Every bead's shape, surface texture and colour is its own; your bead is matched to its own lab report and X-ray.
A perfectly identical bracelet should make you suspicious
Glass, resin and dyed imitations can be made perfectly even, with identical colour in every bead and no inclusions at all. Natural stone almost never looks like that. Read more in Real vs Fake Crystal Bracelets in India.
What we do to keep your bracelet looking right
We cannot change what nature made, but we control everything we can:
- Hand-picked beads. About 90% of our orders are made specially for the customer after the order comes in. Beads are chosen for your bracelet and matched so the strand looks consistent.
- Quality you choose. Higher grades and larger beads have stronger, more even colour and a cleaner look. See why bracelet prices differ.
- A video of your actual piece. We record a video of the bracelet you ordered before dispatch.
- Bead approval for custom Rudraksha. We show you each bead before it is strung and a photo of the finished bracelet before dispatch.
- Honest disclosure. Our crystal products are natural and untreated. Where any product in our range is treated, such as dyed howlite, we say so in the title and description.
Why your screen can change the colour too
Phone and laptop screens show colour differently, and indoor light, sunlight and camera settings all shift how a stone looks. A bracelet that looks violet on one phone can look bluer on another. Daylight near a window is the best way to see your bracelet's true colour.
